Harmony Ridge at Georgiana

Harmony Ridge at Georgiana is in planning and approval. No homesite has been released for sale, no house design has been selected, and no house has been built. Homesite counts, sizes and layouts come from a preliminary plan and may change. Registering interest is not a reservation and gives no priority. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell real property or a security.

The 3D map and images

The 3D map of Harmony Ridge is a model of the preliminary engineering for illustration. It is not a survey, a plat or a construction document, and it may not match what is finally approved or built. The detention pond is shown holding water for illustration; as engineered it is a dry detention basin. Photographs of our remodeling work show real jobs as they were taken.
