Who we are
This website is run by D.M.H. Contracting & Development (“DMHCD”, “we”), a remodeling and construction company in Georgiana, Alabama. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, organization if you give one, what your enquiry is about, and your message. The form also records the page you sent it from and the time and time zone it was sent.
Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically receive basic technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device, and IP address — to deliver the pages and keep them secure. We do not use that information to identify you.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and talk with you about your project.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To tell you about Harmony Ridge at Georgiana if you asked to hear about it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except the service providers that run this website and our customer records for us.
Text messages
We do not send marketing text messages. If we ever offer text updates, we will ask for your separate permission first, and you will be able to stop them at any time by replying STOP.
Service providers
The website, the enquiry form and our customer records run on HighLevel (GoHighLevel). The 3D map of Harmony Ridge is hosted by Netlify. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these companies processes information under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. Our providers may set small files that the site needs to work properly, such as for security and to remember that a form was sent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of our work with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
