Coming to Georgiana · Butler County · Alabama
A new neighborhood for Georgiana.
Georgiana hasn’t seen a new subdivision built in more than thirty years. Harmony Ridge at Georgiana will be the first — 24 homesites on three streets on the preliminary plan, near Georgiana, where there were woods and abandoned mobile homes.
What the land was
Woods and derelict structures.

What has been done
Cleared and ready for the next stage.
The derelict structures were demolished and removed and the site was cleared.

Where it stands
In planning and approval.
A preliminary engineering design has been drawn for the streets, grading, drainage, water and sewer. The project is now in the entitlement stage.
Where the project actually is. No homesite has been released for sale, no house design has been selected, and no house has been built. There are no prices and no schedule yet, because those decisions have not been made.
3D map
Explore the site in 3D.
Turn, zoom and look around the land as the preliminary engineering lays it out — the streets, the 24 homesites and the ground they sit on. Tap a homesite to see its size and how the land lies.
What the map is, and is not. It is a model of the preliminary engineering, not a photograph. No homesite is available yet, no house design has been selected, and no house is shown. The detention pond is shown holding water for illustration; as engineered it is a dry detention basin that holds stormwater after rain.
